Delete your Ludo Master account and data

Ludo Master (Android app com.anas.ludo, developer: Anas) lets you play as a guest, or create an account with Google or with email and password to back up your progress. Here's how to delete your account and its data.

Delete in the app

Open Ludo Master and tap your name or picture at the top left to open Profile.
In the account card, tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

WITHOUT THE APP

Ask us by email

Email the developer address shown on the Ludo Master Play Store page, from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my Ludo Master account". Include your in-game nickname. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account: name, email address and user ID as stored by us (Google or email sign-in).
All progress saved in it: coins, levels, stars, trophies, unlocked dice and themes, nickname and country.
Your public profile (level, record, streaks) and your profile picture.

Deleting is permanent. Coins, levels and items can't be restored afterwards.

Deleted automatically

Guest accounts not used for 30 days, with any data stored with them.
Online match data, shortly after each match.

Not deleted by us

Progress on your phone stays until you uninstall the app or clear its data (Android Settings → Apps → Ludo Master → Storage → Clear data).
Advertising, analytics and crash data is processed and kept by Google under Google's Privacy Policy. You can reset your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
